The DeltaSolar app is the most convenient way to set up and monitor the Delta Solar inverters in your solar system. This means that you always keep track of the current operating status with all the essential information in real time.
The DeltaSolar app establishes a direct connection (also called a point-to-point connection) between the smartphone and the inverter via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. This works with all current Delta solar inverters.
The DeltaSolar app can only communicate with one inverter at a time. If you want to reach several inverters in parallel, a DC1 data collector can be connected as an intermediary interface. As before, a direct connection is established between the smartphone and the DC1. Multiple connections are established between the DC1 and the inverters. It does not matter how the inverters are connected to the DC1 (Wi-Fi, RS485, etc.).
If you manage your system in the MyDeltaSolar Cloud, you can access the inverters in the system from anywhere in the world via the Internet through the DeltaSolar app. This works for solar systems with or without a DC1 data collector.
