The Delta D-Bot Series includes collaborative robots (cobots) engineered for industrial automation environments. As a scalable cobot solution, it supports flexible deployment across a wide range of robot applications.
Unlike traditional industrial robots, Delta cobots are designed for safe human-robot collaboration in shared workspaces. This enables efficient interaction between operators and automation systems while maintaining stable and reliable performance.
With payloads from 6 kg to 30 kg and working range from 800 mm to 1800 mm, the Delta collaborative robot adapts to different industrial applications, including high-mix production environments, while ensuring precision and flexibility.
The Delta Cobot combines speed and precision to optimize demanding robot applications. With repeatability up to ±0.02 mm and TCP speeds of up to 3 m/s, it ensures consistent quality control and supports flexible automation strategies aimed at improving productivity.
Its omnidirectional mounting capability allows installation on floors, walls or ceilings. This supports efficient use of workspace and enables seamless integration into existing robot systems and industrial automation environments.
IP66-certified models are available upon request for use in demanding industrial environments exposed to dust, moisture and washdown conditions.

Compatibility with industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, ModbusTCP, OPC UA, ProfiNet, and EtherCAT ensures seamless integration into existing robot systems and production environments. Deployment can be completed in less than 60 minutes, enabling faster implementation and supporting real time automation performance.
