Solivia Monitoring
Solivia Monitoring Service Ends
Background information
Due to the upcoming discontinuation of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services as per September 1, 2024, Delta Electronics is forced to cancel the free Solivia Cloud Monitoring Service we have been providing for many years. This change affects the continued operation of our M1G2 gateway products that were required to provide this service.
Next step for our customers
In order to continue monitoring your solar PV systems, we offer a solution for customers who have
old Solivia inverters
- or
old RPI Home inverters using the Solivia protocol on RS485
- installed. This solution allows customers to connect their PV plant to the MyDeltaSolar Cloud, but with limited functionality. The solution consists of the
DC1 data collector
and the SoliviaSolar app. The DC1 data collector can be purchased by installers through wholesalers. Installation and commissioning must be carried out by an electrician. Customers should coordinate with their own installers to obtain and install the new DC1 data collector. The SoliviaSolar app can be downloaded at the Apple Store and Google Play.
Solivia inverters are easily recognizable by their distinctive grey and orange color scheme.
These two single-phase RPI Home inverters, featuring a two-line display and two buttons, also utilize the Solivia protocol over RS485.
To use the MyDeltaSolar Cloud, you'll need to replace your Solivia Gateway with the DC1 data collector.
