This inductive charger delivers a constant 3.3 kW across the entire battery voltage range, ensuring maximum charging speed, shorter charge times, and higher fleet productivity.
With up to 132 A output current, MOOVair 03 can charge up to twice as fast as other 3 kW inductive systems—ideal for warehouse logistics, automated production lines, and large-scale manufacturing environments.

Maintenance-Free Fanless Design & IP65 

MOOVair 03 ensures maintenance-free operation. Its wireless, contactless design eliminates connector wear and safety risks such as sparks or arcing.
Moreover, the system is completely fan less and fully sealed, ensuring no particle emissions or airflow disruption in cleanroom environments such as semiconductor manufacturing and, on the other hand, preventing dust buildup inside the charging units when operating in dusty warehouse conditions.
The whole system has IP65 and operates reliably even at temperatures as low as -40°C, supporting long-term use in demanding industrial environments. The system is dust, dirt, oil, splashing water resistant.

Easy Integration & Remote Monitoring

MOOVair 03 supports Ethernet, CANopen, and modern control systems, ensuring seamless integration into warehouse management systems, fleet management platforms, and production line control systems.
Real-time data on charging status, battery conditions, and system performance enables predictive maintenance, digital visibility, and better overall logistics optimization.

Pad-to-Pad Link (PPL) Technology

Delta’s patented Pad-to-Pad Link (PPL) ensures reliable, interference-free communication between the transmitter and receiver. PPL maintains stable and controlled power transfer, even in environments with strong wireless activity (e.g. WiFi, Bluetooth). Unlike infrared-based systems, PPL is not line-of-sight dependent, making it more robust in industrial settings where dust, vibration, or obstructions are common.
