With patented blade design, innovative structure design, and "Sensflow" control, Delta has helped our customers greatly increase cooling performance and reduce system acoustic noise. To support customer's special requirements, we also make hot-swappable fans, fan trays with intelligent controller, and fan modules designed to fit customer system for first-rate efficiency.

Product Research & Development
- Innovations are seen everywhere in our products. Engineering expertise backed by sophisticated test instruments and equipment gives Delta very strong design capabilities. Sophisticated software with accumulated large design database, advanced engineering equipments, computerized CNC machines, semi-anechoic chambers, and wind tunnels are used to develop superior performance, low noise, and cost effective products.
Quality Assurance
- Delta is an ISO/TS-16949 accredited and ISO-9001 certified manufacturer for DC brushless air cooling products. We implement strict reliability tests in the design stage and have put into place Statistical Process Controls at each production process. In line with Delta's mission "To provide innovative, clean and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow", we are certified with IECQ QC080000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Sony Green Partner, and have received numerous vendor awards and recognitions from major customers.
Manufacturing
- Delta's cooling fan manufacturing sites, located in China (Dongguan, Wujiang) and Thailand (Wellgrow), are facilitated with computerized equipments and machines. We develop and build computer integrated automated production lines in house for better productivity and quality. Delta's massive production capacity and well managed supply chain offers our customers ease of mind in COS concerns.
Global Operations
- Our worldwide network of sales and technical support teams are available to customers in Asia, Americas and Europe. These teams are backed by centrally located design-engineering centers that can diagnose problems in design stage or production stage. Delta Electronics Group has implemented SAP R/3 system to facilitate and enhance its linkage with customers and suppliers, and to further monitor and maintain our world-wide logistic hub operation.
