P3 / P3E power meter

The P3 / P3E is an expansion module for the Delta DC1 data collector. It measures phase currents and voltages in three-phase grid systems. The P3 / P3E are supplied with three current clamps to record the current flow in all three phases. P3E is for max. 120 A, P3 is for max. 300 A. The power meters can be ordered by installers through Delta's sales partners.

Dynamic Power Control

The power meters record phase current, enabling energy flows to be displayed in the DeltaSolar app or MyDeltaSolar Cloud, allowing you to monitor feed-in, consumption, and self-consumption. When solar generation exceeds demand, the inverter reduces output to prevent overfeeding the grid, and increases it when demand rises. This system ensures efficient energy use, prevents grid overload, and maximizes self-consumption, often complying with regulations for grid-tied solar systems.

Visualization of energy flows

The recorded energy flows can be displayed in clear, configurable diagrams in the DeltaSolar app on a smartphone or in the MyDeltaSolar Cloud in a browser. This makes it possible to dynamically adapt energy consumption to the availability of solar energy.
